January 2021 Leasing Updates

- Tropical Smoothie signed a lease at Cherry Valley Plaza.

- Bronx Lebanon extended their lease for 5 years in 4 locations including 1645 Grand Concourse.

- Cosmo Pro extended their lease for 5 years at Bohemia Shopping Plaza.

- Lease pending for large space at Bi-County Commons.

- Lease pending for 2nd generation wet use at Bayville Commons.
