Milbrook's in-house legal department can handle any landlord-tenant disputes by working closely with each party to find the best solution.
For tenants that do not fully cooperate with the rules and regulations, we will reinforce the lease where applicable. Additionally, we cure all building violations with the appropriate governing agency. As part of our supervision, if need be, we will attend hearings and court appearances as required.

The latest digital video recording equipment which is monitored remotely has been installed throughout many of our properties. Our in house computer system networks all tenant and building files with maintenance, legal, bookkeeping, and leasing departments.
To ensure the integrity and security of all electronic files; Milbrook uses the latest technology and resources for cybersecurity and houses its data on multiple encrypted, off-site servers.
Residential properties feature a computerized, energy management system that monitors and regulates boiler and fuel consumption 24 hours-a-day.
