Milbrook Properties is replacing the facade at Bi-County Commons over the next year. Renovations will begin on the 70,000 sqft center in the next few months and continue throughout 2022.
All of our tenants, including Giunta's Meat Farms, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, BuyRite Liquors, and Piazzetta, will get new awnings, landscaping, and brickwork throughout the front of the center.
