The 174,047 sqft shopping center is anchored by Dicks Sporting Goods and is home to several national and regional retailers, including T.J. Maxx, Ollie's, Petco, Maurice's, Ulta Beauty, Sally Beauty, and Shoe Dept. Situated on Route 30 with excellent visibility and only minutes from I-81, the commercial center sees over 25,000 vehicles pass by per day.
Franklin Center features 16 stores, 1,151 parking spaces, and two pylons on Route 30. Additionally, the center has a large rear lot for easy deliveries for stores and has two retail spaces with rear entrances and ample parking.
