New Stores Now Open In Our Florida and New Jersey Retail Centers

We're excited to announce the grand openings of Dental Total, Garage Made Athletics, Mr. Cutz, and Spice Wok!

Dental Total

Dental Total, an orthodontic and implant center, opened their store at Palm Johnson Plaza in Pembroke Pines, FL. The owners signed a 10 year lease in February 2021 for suite 16 with 1,400 sqft.

Garage Made Athletics

Garage Made Athletics, a boot-camp fitness studio, opened their store at Flamingo Marketplace in Pembroke Pines, FL. The owners originally occupied a smaller space at Flamingo Corners and signed a 5 year lease expanding into a 2,250 sqft space.

Mr. Cutz

Mr. Cutz, a micro-pigmentation clinic, opened their store at Flamingo Marketplace in Pembroke Pines, FL. The owners signed a 5 year lease in May 2021 for suite 102 with 1,200 sqft. Additionally, the owners also rent the adjacent barber shop at 1,200 sqft and hair salon at 1,664 sqft.

Spice Wok

Spice Wok, an asian restaurant, opened their store at Windsor Corner in East Windsor, NJ. The owners signed a 5 year lease in February 2021 for suite 1A with 2,800 sqft.
