Pure Barre is a national retailer with 500 studios across North America. They offer a range of fitness classes for men and women that target cardio, flexibility, and strength. On February 24th, the owners of Pure Barre signed a 5-year lease for suite 18C with 2,004 sqft. They transformed the space from a former pharmacy to a high-end fitness studio.
Drizzle Nails is a local nail and beauty spa that celebrated their grand opening on August 23rd. The owners signed a 10 year lease back in November of 2020 for suite 9 with 5,750 sqft. They transformed the space from a former Wells Fargo to an alluring spa.
