Over the last few months, renovations have occurred at Bi-County Commons, located at 1011-1037 Route 109 East Farmingdale, NY 11735.
The 69,991 sqft grocery-anchored retail center with 13 stores is getting a new facade. Retail tenants such as Giunta's Meat Farms, Buy-Rite Liquors, AFC Urgent Care, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, and Verizon will get new signage and awnings. Additionally, the property will have new brickwork and landscaping throughout the front area.
The construction will continue throughout the first half of 2023 and should be completed by summer this year. Take a look at the construction progress photos below:
