• Island Regional Management extended their lease for 1 year at Huntington Shoppes in Huntington Station, NY

• Nanuet Fresh Food Corp took over Rockland Great Farm Grocery at Shoppes at Market Street in Nanuet, NY

• Underscore Productions extended their lease for 1 year at Lake Shore Plaza in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY

New Jersey:

• Family Dollar combines with Dollar Tree by creating a new 20,000 sqft concept at Bayville Commons in Bayville, NJ. Family Dollar/Dollar Tree recently signed a 10-year lease/extension to combine their spaces. This store will be 1 of 6 in the country.

• T-Mobile took over MetroPCS at Edison Plaza in Edison, NJ

Florida:

• Fun Stuff Hobby Shop signed a lease for 5 years at Palm Johnson Plaza in Pembroke Pines, FL

• Party Tyme opened their first location in South Florida at Shoppes at Pembroke in Pembroke Pines, FL
